WARRANTY POLICY

Lifetime Warranty Policy:

Thank you for your purchase of RLB products. We are proud to provide the highest quality off-road lighting at affordable prices. We want you to have peace of mind with your purchase of our products through our limited lifetime warranty. Register your RLB product:  HERE

RLB warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship on all products manufactured after January 2019 by RLB. Warranties do not cover, among other things:  installation errors, wear, and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf. Warranties do not cover sun oxidation to the aluminum housing. Warranties do not cover the RLB Rocker Switch.

Should your LED whip break or is damaged, RLB will replace your LED whip for a flat rate of $75 per whip, shipping not included on replaced or returned whips. Excludes day whips. If your identical whip model is no longer available and a set of whips is required for replacement, a $150 fee shall apply. Whips are limited to a TWO-time replacement for damaged or broken whips.

RLB warrants the PRO 8 Switch Panel for 24 months from the date of original purchase.

Following the inspection, RLB, at its own discretion, will determine whether the defective product will be repaired, replaced, or issued a credit in accordance with the RLB Limited Lifetime Warranty. Credit values issued will not include the shipping amount originally paid. If an identical product is no longer available or discontinued, we may replace the product with a similar product of comparable value or a replacement fee for a product upgrade may apply.

RLB does not provide return shipping labels on warranty returns.

Please note, our main goal is to maintain 100% satisfied customers and will provide superior customer service. If your product defect does not fall under these terms of this warranty, please contact our support staff and we will find a suitable solution to fix your problem.

Pass-Through Warranty Policy:

We resell, and are not the manufacturer of, certain third-party products. We make no express or implied warranties on third-party products and the warranty coverage above do not apply to these products. We will, however, pass through all warranties offered by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for processing warranty claims and returns. In all cases, unless otherwise agreed by the manufacturer, you must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.
